Massage
| Massage therapies, given their ability to mold, shift, bend and shape the body are truly an art form. There are technical massage therapists who use certain time tested techniques to alleviate pain and instill relaxation. These practitioners facilitate the body's shifting and healing with the "no nonsense" accuracy of their technical learning. This method achieves results. There are those practitioners who intuitively select ways to allow the body to restore itself to its own way of health, relaxation and balance; coaxing the body to surrender stress, tension, and pain. This method also achieves results. |

| To experience massage is to journey into one's own body vehicle no matter what type of massage/bodywork that is chosen. Many of us are more familiar with the idiosyncrasies of our cars than we are with our own body vehicle. We are generally better at maintaining our cars then we are with our own body vehicle. To explore your body vehicle, schedule a session with the therapist of your choice. If that therapist's style doesn't suit you, try another. Keep trying until you find one or several that suit what your body needs. To explore your own body using another's hands to move you on your way, to stir the healing process in your body is a wonderful shared adventure. To find your own expression of yourself that is understood and can be facilitated toward relaxation and healing by another is a great healing for both involved. Come to New Age People and explore our variety of talented, caring, unique knowledgeable practitioners of bodywork therapies. Find the one or ones that can help with the healing process you with to explore - body, mind, or spirit. | |
